When you contact us through the website form, WhatsApp, or by phone, we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Any message or details you share about your vehicle and the damage
• Your email address if you provide one

When you visit the website, we collect anonymous analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics — only if you consent via the cookie banner.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to:

• Respond to your enquiry about a repair
• Arrange the repair, courtesy car, and insurance claim if you book a job
• Follow up after the work if needed (e.g. a warranty question)

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not send marketing emails unless you've specifically asked us to.

How we store it

Enquiries submitted through the website are sent to our customer management system (GoHighLevel) which stores them securely on our behalf. We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can help you with follow-up questions or warranty claims, after which they're deleted.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This sets cookies on your device only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies and reloading the site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
